I really don’t like posting pictures of myself, yet for some reason I’m doing so for the second time this week.
I can’t help it, though. Look how adorable she is in that carrier. She’s growing so fast that this is one of the last times she’ll be able to be in there, and I don’t want to miss that.
I know, and I hate that it’s so hard to get them around here.
We sometimes buy them by the box (12 pounds, I think), then I roast them all at once and we keep them in the freezer. Unfortunately, our freezer is currently chile free.
